VALIDITY OF GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers issued are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. If a gift voucher has expired, the customer can receive a 70% discount on the service specified on the voucher or use the voucher at 70% of its original value. Gift vouchers from other providers with whom we have a cooperation agreement may have different validity conditions, which are stated directly on the voucher. Customers must arrange the details with the issuer of such vouchers.
PAYMENT
Customers can choose from several payment methods to ensure a simple and secure shopping experience. The available options are:

Cash payment – Services can be paid for in cash directly at the salon at the time of service.

Bank transfer – When ordering gift vouchers or prepaying for services, the amount can be transferred directly to our bank account. Payment details are provided upon order.

Payment via mobile applications – We also accept payments via mobile applications (e.g., Flik or other banking apps that allow easy transfers).
BOOKING AND USING GIFT VOUCHERS
To ensure an optimal user experience and appointment availability, we recommend that customers book their services at least one or two weeks in advance. Customers who book an appointment are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the service to ensure a smooth experience and maximum relaxation. If a customer does not cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 12 hours before the agreed time, the service is considered provided. For gift vouchers, this means the voucher is considered redeemed and can no longer be used. In the case of a standard booking without a gift voucher, we reserve the right to deny further services to the customer until outstanding obligations are settled.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
We have special agreements with certain partners regarding the use of gift vouchers. These conditions may differ from our general terms and conditions, so we advise customers to check the specific terms with the respective provider in advance.
PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
All current promotions and discounts are regularly posted on our website and occasionally on our Facebook or Instagram pages. Each promotion includes detailed terms and conditions under which it applies. We reserve the right to correct any publication errors without consequences. If there are any uncertainties or questions regarding the validity of specific discounts and promotions, please contact our staff for further clarification.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
To ensure a professional and respectful environment, we reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who behave in an inappropriate, indecent, or offensive manner towards our staff. Our priority is to create a pleasant, safe, and relaxing experience for all our clients.
CONDITIONS FOR MASSAGE SERVICES
Before the start of a massage, the following conditions must be observed:
✔ Personal hygiene – The client must arrive clean (showering is mandatory), without strong perfumes or creams on the body.
✔ Health condition – Massage is not recommended in cases of fever, infections, skin diseases, fresh injuries, or other contraindications.
✔ Avoid heavy meals – It is advisable to refrain from eating heavy food at least 1–2 hours before the massage.
✔ Punctuality – The client should arrive on time to prepare calmly for the treatment.
✔ Removal of jewelry – Jewelry and other accessories must be removed before the massage.
✔ Communication – The client should inform the therapist about any specific conditions or sensitivities.
By respecting these conditions, we ensure a pleasant and effective massage experience.
